Event description:

Toastmasters - District 47 is offering Advertising Opportunities in the Conference Booklet:
(4-Color Conference Booklet measures 8.5” x 11”)

Inside Front Cover Ad (Reserved for Sponsors) - $250.00
Inside Back Cover Ad (Reserved for Sponsors) - $250.00
Full Page Ad - $150.00
Half-Page Ad - $100.00
Quarter-Page Ad - $50.00
1/8-Page Ad - $25.00

All Ads must meet the following Guidelines:

  • Send Ads as a PDF with Bleeds; minimum 300 dpi.   (No Word or Excel Documents)
    • Allow for at least 1/4" bleed from where the Ad is intended to be cut.
  • Note the Layout Orientation for your Ad Selection.
    • Full Page Ad – 8.5” x 11”
    • Half-Page Ad – 8.5" x 5.5"
    • Quarter-Page Ad – 4.25" x 5.5"
    • 1/8-Page Ad – 4.25" x 2.75"
  • Ads cannot contain any Copyrighted Images without prior Written Authorization from the Owner.
    • Written Authorization must accompany the Ad Submission.
  • Ads cannot contain Names or Pictures of any Candidates for District or International Office, or Speech Contestants.
  • Ads utilizing the Toastmasters Brand must be sent to brand@toastmasters.org for review.
    • Written Approval by the Brand Department must accompany the Ad Submission.

Any Ads which do not meet the above guidelines will be returned for resubmission.

Ads must be Pre-Paid and Camera-Ready Artwork must be received by March 31, 2017.
